This Benowa renovation blends soft textures, modern finishes, and subtle coastal influences to create a space that’s effortlessly refined. The layout didn’t need a full rework — but every surface, fixture, and fitting got a complete refresh.

A Calm and Cohsive Retreat
To set the tone, we used large-format National Tiles Orvieto Ivory Natural tiles across the floor and walls, chosen by the client for their natural stone look and gentle movement. A matte white feature tile on the vanity wall adds subtle texture, while a semi-frameless shower screen with brushed nickel framing keeps the space light and open without feeling clinical.
The freestanding matte white bath is placed to maximise flow and comfort, paired with Nero Mecca brushed nickel tapware and a pop-down bath waste for a sleek, modern finish. The brushed nickel theme continues throughout the room, creating consistency without overpowering the soft, neutral palette.
A wall-mounted Timberline Nevada Plus vanity in Boston Oak Woodmatt adds warmth and texture, topped with Caesarstone’s Frosty Carina and a soft matte Feather bowl basin. It’s a calm and considered combination — modern, but never cold. Above it, a Remer LED mirror with built-in demister adds function and ambient light to complete the space.
From the flush buttons and robe hooks to the towel rails and basin mixers, every detail was matched in brushed nickel to ensure cohesion throughout. The final result is clean, calming, and beautifully tailored to the home.
